Our stay at the Ocean Breeze Resort was exceptional. It’s a local Resort with a view of the Atlantic, providing breathtaking vistas. The rooms were modern, comfortable, and elegantly furnished. The staff’s attention to detail and commitment to service greatly enhanced our experience.
Wedding Venue:
The wedding took place at Cambridge Beaches Bermuda, a location that can only be described as a slice of paradise. The venue, set against the backdrop of turquoise waters and lush gardens, offered a serene and romantic atmosphere. The sunset ceremony by the beach was enchanting, with the soft sounds of waves adding to the ambiance.
Activities:
Exploring Bermuda’s pink-sand beaches was a highlight. Horseshoe Bay Beach, in particular, was a haven for relaxation and natural beauty, with excellent opportunities for snorkeling in the vibrant reefs.
A tour of St. George’s, a UNESCO World Heritage site, provided a wonderful contrast with its historical charm and captivating streets.
Dining:
The culinary experiences in Bermuda were a delight. Dining at The Waterlot Inn was a standout, with its romantic setting and superb seafood offerings. The local specialties, especially the rum cake and Bermuda fish chowder, were culinary highlights not to be missed.
Overall:
The choice of Bermuda, and specifically Cambridge Beaches, for the wedding was inspired. The island’s unique blend of beauty, history, and hospitality made it an unforgettable destination. The relaxed yet elegant atmosphere was the perfect backdrop for celebrating such a beautiful union and us exploring a slice of our own impromptu honeymoon
